I don’t recommend salt, it might harm your teeth enamel. I think baking soda is much better and safer.

Baking soda is really one of the best ways how to get white teeth naturally, however I think tooth whitening toothpastes and teeth whitening kits are quite effectve and you can get a fast results in couple of days/weeks.
