Hell’s Kitchen vs Heaven’s Kitchen

are you eating heaven or hell? There’s a lot of talk about the upcoming season 6 of Hell’s Kitchen. The current buzz is over the F-bomb that was dropped several times by a hot cast member along with Chef Gordon Ramsay.

But more importantly, the question that comes to mind is whether your kitchen is a Hell or a Heaven? For me, heaven and hell is a state of existence — one that can change from day to day. My kitchen has always been a heaven for me because of the healthy food that I make there.

For many, though, your kitchen may be a living hell. From all the junk food overflowing in the cabinets to the drop-dead unhealthy food that you are making, your kitchen is nothing short of a hell. A place where hellish food is made that invariably brings your life closer to a long and painful death.

There comes a point in each person’s life when he or she has to ask the question, “How am I living?” Are the foods I’m eating creating a heaven or a hell for me? Am I addicted to junk food and pain killers? Or am I making beautiful and healthy food and opting to use herbs and plants as my main source of medicine?

It all starts in your mind and flows into your kitchen. If you have heavenly thoughts, you’ll eat heavenly food, enriched with love instead of white flour.
