It is half way through February and we all know what that means, only a few weeks to get that beach body you’ve been telling yourself you’d have by now.
Don’t worry, there’s still hope. Before you run to the nearest Walgreens for diet pills or schedule an appointment at a detox spa, look into this safe and natural way to lose weight and feel great.
Our body is an amazing machine. If you start eating a balanced diet of six small meals a day, matched with plenty of fiber and water, your body will start its own all natural detoxification causing you to lose weight fast.
Increase your diet by adding herb teas, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and other fiber-rich foods. Fiber-rich foods are important in promoting regularity. In doing so, your body will release the toxins from you body, and you’ll start to see results in only a week.
Aside from what you should eat, remember what you shouldn’t. When starting your detoxification, decrease your fats and proteins. Try to eliminate red meats and milk products.
Oh, and drink water, lots and lots of water. Drink water on the hour every other hour and watch in weeks as your skin begins to glow and your body starts to slim.
The final ingredient to this all natural and healthy way to get your beach body is exercise. Don’t feel, however, that you need a gym membership to get the body you want. Try using a workout video at home, or simply doing at home exercises. A few ideas for easy-to-do home exercises are sits-ups, push-ups, running in place, walking and jump roping.
You’re only weeks away from a clean and healthy body, so take these steps and let your body do the work.
