At Skrewtips, we aim to publish cutting edge alternative answers to everyday health questions. We believe that mother nature provides us with many opportunities for personal healing. When one natural remedy fails to benefit us, there is frequently another one (with similar properties) that will do the trick. Food, herbs, exercise, meditation, positive thinking, good sleep schedules, nourishing relationships with others and self love all play a role in our total health. But, the individidual’s health is a puzzle that we all must build through practice and research. Nature’s remedies can be used to their fullest potential when we truly understand our own bodies’ needs, and accept the possibilities of recovery.
Natural remedies take time, patience and quite often a shift in perception of how the body heals. When reporting the benefits of any natural remedy we must make our readers aware and comfortable with the fact that nature pushes out disease though outward symptoms, while western medicine is designed to suppress symptoms.

Thanks to the world-wide -web, we’ve got tons of natural health information available to us. Skrewtips aims to climb to the top of the list of trustworthy resources, so our research must be top-notch (even if that means smaller articles that concentrate on a specialized subject matter).
